Accessibility

Accessibility Statement.

Last updated: July 2026

Accessibility is part of how I build every website, including this one. I want solodigitaldesign.com to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use to browse the web.

Our Commitment

I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive differences.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML and landmark regions so screen readers can navigate the page
  • A skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus indicators
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from assistive technology
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences, so animations calm down when your system requests it
  • Labeled, keyboard-friendly forms with clear error messages

Known Limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time checkbox. I am actively reviewing the site and improving areas such as color contrast on some secondary text and focus handling in the navigation menu. If something is getting in your way, I want to hear about it.

Feedback

If you run into any barrier using this website, or you need information in a different format, please reach out and I will do my best to help and to fix the issue.
