Every project is different, so instead of fake one-size-fits-all packages it comes down to one question: do you need to edit the site yourself? Static sites are $2,000 for up to five pages. CMS-powered sites start at $4,000 and scale from there. You always get a single fixed quote before we start.

How do you decide on a price?
Every project is custom, so the ranges here are honest ballparks to plan around. Once we talk through what you actually need, I send a single fixed quote up front. No hourly surprises on project work.
Do you work hourly?
Yes. For smaller jobs, quick fixes, or ongoing tweaks that don't need a full project, my hourly rate is $200. Larger builds are quoted as a fixed price so you know the number before we start.
Do you require a deposit?
For most projects I ask for a deposit up front to reserve the work, with the balance due at launch. For larger builds we can split it into milestones so it's easier to budget.
What's included in the price?
Design, development, a responsive mobile-first build, basic on-page SEO, launch, and a walkthrough so you can manage your site. Anything beyond that (a store, custom features, branding) is called out in your quote so there are no surprises.
Are there ongoing costs?
Hosting and your domain are small recurring costs. If you'd like me to handle updates, security, and backups, I offer optional monthly maintenance. If you'd rather manage it yourself, I'll show you how.
Why not just use a template or website builder?
Templates are great until you outgrow them. A custom site is faster, easier to rank, and built around your business instead of forcing your business into someone else's layout. That difference compounds as you grow.
