Terms of Service.

Solo Digital Design provides web design, web development, SEO, branding, and related digital marketing services. This website is informational. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are set out in a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result.

Certain fixed-scope packages can be purchased directly on this website through our payment processor, Stripe. For those packages, the scope, price, and deliverables stated on the package page at the time of purchase form the agreement between us, together with these terms.

Website build packages are booked with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance invoiced at delivery and payable before launch. Smaller services are paid in full at booking. Card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee, shown as its own line item at checkout; payment by Zelle or check through a standard quote avoids this fee.

Every online booking is subject to a fit review. We review each booking and its intake form, typically within one business day. If we decline the project for any reason, the amount paid is refunded minus the card processing fee. Once we accept the booking and work begins, deposits are non-refundable and the standard terms of the project agreement apply.

Package page counts refer to content pages; standard legal pages (Privacy, Cookie, Accessibility, and Terms of Service pages for your site) are included at no extra charge. Work beyond the stated scope is quoted separately as a written change order.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Solo Digital Design or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the site's operation, or scraping content without permission.
