The challenge
Dr. Zoe Ross-Nash runs a boutique psychology practice in Alexandria, VA specializing in eating disorders, trauma, and high-achieving professionals. She needed a site that felt warm and approachable while maintaining clinical credibility. Potential clients visiting the site are often in a vulnerable state, so the design needed to build trust immediately.
What I built
I designed a calm, elegant site that balances professionalism with warmth. The color palette, imagery, and typography all work together to create a sense of safety. The site features therapist profiles, detailed treatment specialty pages, a client portal link, and resources. Every design decision was made with the target patient in mind.
