The challenge, and how I solved it.
The challenge
Kathryn Ross Nash is one of the most recognized names in Pilates education, with students and teachers worldwide. Her existing site couldn't handle what she needed: a subscription video library, tiered membership access, event ticketing, and a seamless purchase experience. The old platform was slow, hard to update, and didn't reflect the caliber of her brand.
What I built
I rebuilt the entire platform from scratch. The new site features a full subscription system with payment processing, a categorized video library with tiered access for students and instructors, workshop and event management, and an alumni directory. Everything is custom-built to match her brand and scale with her growing audience.
